The sanitary tube welding process involves heating up one end of the pipe or tube so it becomes soft enough to allow the molten material to flow into the joint area. To begin, you will need to cut off both ends of the pipe or tube. Next, you will need to clean the surface of the pipe or tube with sandpaper. After this, apply a thin layer of flux on the surface of the pipe. The flux helps remove any impurities from the metals being welded. Then place a small amount of filler rod inside the pipe. Once the filler rod has been placed, start heating up the end of the pipe using an oxyacetylene torch. When the end of the pipe has reached the proper temperature, slowly push the filler rod into the pipe until the entire length of the pipe has been filled.
